Jet's metal version would have to be a direct parallel to himself so that both Team Sonic and the Babylon Rogues could have one villain to go after as the final boss, with Metal Sonic showing up near the end (maybe split into two campaigns?). The metal versions don't have to be exactly the same but metal - for example, Storm's metal version could be a boss fight where you're racing along the course while being hunted down by a huge Albatross mech. Simple plot, hard to mess up but I think there's room for some cool execution. Personally I'd go for Team Sonic + Babylon Rogues forming an uneasy team vs a new threat, like metal versions of both groups who're pretending to be them and tarnishing their reputation under the orders of Eggman. Since their rivalry is central to the Riders games. Only rule is that Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and the Babylon Rogues have to be playable.
